Situation
The troubled Destin Seafood Festival engaged Sage to lead the charge in the marketing and promotions of this long-standing event in hopes to turn it back to its roots.

Insights
Past organizers including the previous Chamber of Commerce had only reached an attendance of 30,000. The festival had in the past charged for admission, fenced off access, and even changed locations over the years.

Results
With a theme of ‘Heritage on the Harbor’, the 33rd Annual Destin Seafood generated a record attendance of over 51,000.  The Festival is now free and open to the public. It is now permanently set up along the length of the Destin Harbor. Sage help reinvigorated and generate new partners including the Destin Charter Boat Association, the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Emerald Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau, Visit Florida, ResortQuest, and Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI).
